Anxiety meaning experienced almost the same everyone. Anxiety are fears, discomfort, tension because they feel something unpleasant happens that but the source comes from within, but not unknown. The first phase

Light
Anxiety at this level has to do with tension due to daily life. People are becoming more cautious about the situation that will occur and therefore contributes positively to learning more about the situation. Be expanding the scope of the impact of vigilance.

Moderate
At this level people will experience a faster heart rate. The mind is more focused and directed at one thing but it is difficult to control speech. In these circumstances one could easily get angry and forget.

Weight
In this situation people often experience dizziness and headaches due to fatigue. The mind is too focused on the one thing that cannot be shifted to other things.

If the mind and emotions become difficult to control, then the next level is panic. This situation will lead to hallucinations and do something, but not targeted.
